Add reason field to wallet's "Give ISK"

Unlike the “Give Money” found on characters, the “Give ISK” found in the Wallet has no field to enter a reason.

Give Money: Found in the contextual (right-click) menu of a character/character link. Has “Reason”.
Give ISK: Found in the My Wallet tab of the Wallet, it’s the right-most sub-tab. Doesn’t have “Reason”.

I guess it’s a simple oversight, and would love to see the field be added to Give ISK.

Fun fact: You can’t right-click on the auto-filled character in Give ISK to access the Give Money popup :smiling_face_with_tear:
