After game launch, can't click anything

After several years I have last played eve I installed it via Lutris on my Ubuntu 23.04. I had to switch to

lutris-GE-Proton8-25

Wine version, otherwise the launcher would not start at all. But after the game start in the first screen I sort of can’t click anything. Music is playing and it does not seem to crash.
