that’s not the name of any ingame item, and almost definitely not. there’s only a handful of 10B+ astero losses

The Air Civilian Astero is the ship you board during the tutorial mission - there is no way to get it out of the tutorial as far as i know. The tutorial requires you to die and takes place outside of normal space as far as i know
