So I noticed that there is a bug in the AIR Daily Goals when you try and do the Manufacture Item Goal for multiple alts.
I can manufacture a shuttle for 1 slot on my account and it meets the daily goal, but when I go and manufacture ammo or a shuttle or any thing on the same account, different character, the “Manufacture an Item” goal does not get checked.
I can make progress on other goals, but not manufacture an item.
Has this only started happening since the latest update that gives you 8 tasks to choose from?
Just tried it on 2 toons on the same account. Both worked for me.
thats funny. I tried it with multiple accounts and it didnt work. I wonder if it is based on the station I am using, I tried it with Corp resources and non-corp resources.
Ok I figured it out. the issue is that some stations that have manufacturing are not registering as having manufacturing industry jobs.
Example:
Sukirah IX - Moon 7 - Kaalakiota Corporation Research Center - is a station that you can manufacture from, but it does not show up on the facilities in the industry interface.
I start a manufacturing job there and I get no job completions. Go next door to Bashakru IV - Ministry of Internal Order and BOOM it works.

This has started occurring to all my toons in my WH station as well.
Nothing I start or produce is counting towards the daily goal.
Can confirm. Manufacturing an item is not counting towards the daily goal.
All Daily Goals no longer available
Not only manufacturing and item but also earning 50LP’s doesn’t count and the Opportunities Page just states “No Daily Goals Available”
Has anybody else who is experiencing this bug also having trouble applying SKINs and/or trading PLEX? I’m having all 3 issues st the same time.
I’m also having this issue, with none of the tasks updating. I had started a “kill 25 NPCs” task this morning and partially finished it. When I logged in just now, it is stuck at that same partially completed stage, even though I have killed numerous other NPCs. Manufacturing and earning LP tasks are the others I have done/tried, same result (no update/change).
Yeah, i am doing the tasks but they are not recording.
Ya, the goals/reward system seems down. I did the manufacturing goal on two toons, and a 50 LP one, none of which recorded as completed. I do see the goals though, which is slightly different than another poster. Maybe that part has rebooted 
Can confirm, same issue across separate accounts. No goals completing.

Same, shitty times for about 2 hours.
Started on one account where the daily goals just wouldn’t load when opening the window, while my other 3 Omega could see and track progress.
Then fleeted-up with all 4 of them and did a 800LP mission and shared the rewards. At that moment nothing happened right away, and from all 4 accounts I the daily login window would not load the goals (message “No Daily Goals Found”)
Decided to continue playing, even though all I want to do is slap some faces. About one hour later, the 50LP goals showed up in the notification area for all 4 characters. However, even though they are marked as completed, the reward is NOT available in the Rewards tab.
I knew I shouldn’t do it, because “stupid game”, but decided to redeem the 10k daily LP for one of the character… and the LP reward sure disappeared from reward tab, but the 10k LP has yet to be granted in the SP window! And now, I need to do some boxing.
Well ccp is investigating what the issue is
