CCP specs show I must create 4 channel .PNG or .TGA with:
3 Color Channels
1 Apha Channel

I have, so far, not been able to get photoshop 2023 to create either format using an Alpha Channnel.
I export, using 24 bit depth (3 channels), but am unable to get it to save the Alpha channel, even though I have an actual Alpha “Channel” in my photoshop .PSD. Tried using GIMP editor and couldn’t get it to do it either. Any advice will help. Thanks.

Found my own answer.
Instead of “Save as” which won’t save the alpha channel, choose “Export File”, and from there choose “Export to Web (legacy)”. From there, it allows you to actually save the alpha channel.
