Alpha & Omega Holdings is a new, player-driven corporation being built from the ground up.
We’re looking for new players, returning players, and experienced pilots who want to be part of something while it’s still being built—not simply join another corporation where everything has already been established.
We are currently a US based corporation.
It Starts With People
Every corporation starts with a handful of people.
Our goal is to build a community where new players can learn and grow alongside experienced pilots, while experienced players have the opportunity to help shape the corporation and eventually take on leadership or specialist roles.
You don’t have to be online every day.
You don’t have to join every fleet.
You don’t have to mine for the corporation.
You don’t have to follow a prescribed playstyle.
Real life comes first.
Whether you prefer to play solo, join fleets, mine, manufacture, haul, explore, run PvE, fight, trade, participate in Faction Warfare, or simply figure out what you enjoy in EVE, there’s room for you here.
What We’re Building
We’re building with a long-term goal in mind.
First, we build the people.
Then we build the corporation.
Then, once we’re ready, we begin building a home of our own.
Our eventual goal is to establish ourselves in wormhole space and work toward occupying and developing a system as our corporation’s home.
That’s a long way off.
We’re not pretending we’re already there.
Right now, we’re at the beginning—and that’s exactly what makes this stage exciting.
The people who join now won’t simply be joining an established organization.
They’ll be helping decide what it becomes.
We Need Builders
Because we’re starting from the ground up, we’re especially looking for people who don’t just want to join a corporation—they want to help build one.
If you’re someone who enjoys taking responsibility, organizing things, helping other players, or simply seeing something grow because you helped make it happen, there will be opportunities for you.
We’re particularly looking for people interested in taking on responsibilities such as:

Fleet Operations — organizing and leading fleets as the corporation grows

Projects — helping organize and coordinate corporation projects

Member Support — helping newer players find their footing

Diplomacy — helping establish relationships with other corporations and alliances

Future Leadership — taking on greater responsibility as the corporation develops
You don’t need to start with experience in any of these areas.
What matters most is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to contribute.
Roles and responsibilities will be earned through trust and demonstrated commitment—not simply handed out because someone has been here for a certain amount of time.

We currently have projects that pay out for FW, Missions, and delivery of ore that can be obtained near our HQ/Office location. We also have a ship replacement for Mining Frigates and Mining Destroyers. As we build, our ship insurance will expand to haulers, mission runners, and FW as well.

We’re young.
We don’t have a massive member count.
We don’t have a fully developed infrastructure network.
We don’t already control territory.
We’re not going to pretend otherwise.
What we do have is a direction.
We’re building the foundation now so that, when the corporation is ready to take the next step, we’ll have the people, organization, resources, and experience to do it properly.
You don’t need to be an expert.
You don’t need to be a veteran.
You just need to want to be part of something that can grow.
