Alpha and Omega Holdings is a new corporation looking for experienced pilots who are comfortable flying combat ships effectively and contributing to small-gang PvP, defense, and wormhole operations.
Wormholes offer higher-income opportunities alongside risk, teamwork, and plenty of opportunities for combat. We’re building a group of pilots who want to participate and grow together, not a corporation built around quotas or mandatory activity.
REAL LIFE FIRST
We’re looking for pilots interested in a variety of PvP and PvE content, including roamers, hunters, brawlers, entrance campers, small-gang fleets, defensive operations, and whatever opportunities we find in and around our wormhole.
CORPORATION SUPPORT
We will offer ship replacement and insurance, fleet activities, a POCO for planetary interaction, five solid planets, and access to structures and supporting infrastructure. Newbros can use our high-sec mining office while they develop their skills and prepare for wormhole life.
There are many mining and industry opportunities as well. We are looking for every kind of player for every kind of content, but all players will be required to respond to defense fleets.
As we grow, we’ll work together to move into higher-tier wormholes and take on greater challenges.
DOCTRINES AND DEFENSE
Our doctrines are currently being developed with a focus on keeping the number of required fits to a minimum while ensuring members can work together effectively. These doctrines will help newer pilots get involved in wormhole operations and allow the corporation to respond effectively to threats, particularly structure bashing and defensive engagements.
Doctrine compliance will be required for designated fleet operations.

SHARED RESPONSIBILITY
Living in a wormhole means sharing more than just a system. We share opportunities, risks, infrastructure, and the responsibility of keeping our home operational. Be mindful of what you take, what you use, and what you leave behind for others. Cooperation is not just showing up for a fleet; it is making sure the people around you have a reason to keep showing up, too.
COMMUNICATION & AWARENESS
Pay attention to corporation communications, wormhole activity, and potential threats. Share useful information, report suspicious activity, and communicate when you discover something that could benefit or endanger the group. Nobody is expected to know everything, but everyone is expected to communicate and learn. Silence and assumptions can put the entire corporation at risk.
CORPORATION ASSETS & STRUCTURES
Corporation ships, supplies, structures, and other shared assets exist to support the community. Treat them responsibly, follow any access or usage restrictions, and do not assume that shared resources are yours to take without permission. If you need something, ask. If you use something, respect the purpose for which it was provided.
CONFLICTS & ACCOUNTABILITY
These rules exist to protect the community, not to give anyone an excuse to police every little thing another member does. Honest mistakes are part of learning. Deliberately exploiting the rules, repeatedly disregarding the needs of other members, or putting personal gain ahead of the corporation may result in restrictions or removal from our wormhole community. Concerns should be brought forward and addressed fairly rather than allowed to grow into unnecessary conflict.

We are not here to recreate the worst parts of EVE. We are here to build something worth being part of. There will be losses, disagreements, setbacks, and difficult days. What matters is how we handle them and whether we continue building together. Every member should have the opportunity to learn, contribute, make progress, and enjoy the content our home provides.

MULTIBOXING & SHARED CONTENT
Multiboxing itself is not prohibited, but A&O has strict rules governing its use within our wormhole. Planetary Interaction and wormhole resources and PvE content are restricted to ONE TOON per member, including mining, gas harvesting, combat sites, anomalies, and relic and data sites.
These are shared opportunities, and members are expected to be considerate of one another. Content is available on a first-come, first-served basis, but that does not give anyone the right to bring multiple characters and consume every available resource before other members have a reasonable opportunity to participate.
We do not tolerate one person operating an army of characters to monopolize our wormhole’s resources and content. A&O is a community built around cooperation, not individual players consuming everything simply because they have the accounts to do so.
