[AMNZA] Zero Recall | EUTZ with a US tail | Lowsec & Nullsec PvP with Escalate | BLOPS, Caps, Small gang

About:

Zero Recall is a small corp flying with Escalate. We’re recruiting carefully rather than quickly, because we’d rather be twenty people who enjoy each other’s company than eighty people sharing a Discord. Most content runs 1600 to 2300 EVE time (UTC) on weekdays, with weekends starting from downtime onwards.

There are two layers to the content. Alliance is whatever gets pinged: nano gangs, BLOPS, and proper fleet engagements to take or defend sov, plus whatever our allies drag us into. Corp is a bit of everything, weighted towards what people here actually enjoy. We have a lot of BLOPS and nano enjoyers, and a few former wormholers who still can’t walk past a K162 without going through it to find someone to punch in the face. If someone fancies a filament and robbing an ESS, that’s a fleet. We’re not precious about the type of content, and the people who fit here bring it as often as they join it.

We’re all somewhere on the journey from F1 monkey to actually useful, and nobody here is pretending to be the finished article. What we’re looking for is people moving in that direction. Pilots who volunteer for the snowflake roles instead of waiting to see who else will. Who want to get properly good at BLOPS hunting rather than just being on the other end of a cyno. Who are working out when committing caps to grid forces an escalation and when it just feeds them at first contact. If that reads as familiar, come and talk to us. If it reads as something you want to learn, that’s fine too. What we can’t use is someone whose only ambition is to press F1 in the middle of somebody else’s fleet.

Real life comes first, and we mean something slightly specific by it. We’re not asking for hours, we’re asking for engagement. Two or three hours a week is plenty if those hours are spent undocked with us. “Can’t make it tonight, good luck, how did it go?” is completely fine. What doesn’t work is treating the corp as a service you log in to consume.

We don’t care where you came from or how long you’ve been playing. We do care that you can sustain yourself out here. Nullsec is expensive. We’ll show you how our space works and how to make ISK in it, and we won’t tell you which way to do it. But your roams, your hunting losses, your bling and your clones are on you.

On doctrines: alliance doctrine ships are the skill queue priority, and alliance SRP takes most of the pain out of losing them on sanctioned fleets. We’ll walk you through how that actually works when you join, because the detail changes. You don’t need to be in advanced battleships now, but you should want to get there, and there are useful roles to fly the whole way up. We’d much rather you read a fleet comp and fill the slot you can fly than sit a fleet out because you can’t fly the headline hull.

Requirements:

25m SP minimum on your main. Two omega accounts, with the second flying or training towards tackle, a Sabre, a logi cruiser or a dread/fax. Working mic and the willingness to use it. Adults who are good company in comms. We don’t have racists or homophobes here and we intend to keep it that way.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, join our Discord Zero Recall and lets have a chat.

Yes we do full auth ESI checks.

A few people have reached out and asked about the backstory, so here it is.

Many of us came out of OnlyFleets, which recently fractured as an alliance. A lot of people chose to stay put in Querious and focus on building and protecting what they have, which is a perfectly good way to play EVE. It just isn’t ours. We undock for PvP, so when our friends in Escalate told us what they were putting together, we signed up as a founding corp.

The corp is new, but the group of friends isn’t. The time was just right to do our own thing and find other like-minded PvP enthusiasts who want to get in on the action and build something together.

What keeps EVE alive for most of us is content: the hunt, the scramble when something lands on grid, and punching up at groups bigger than us. Some nights you’re the hunter, some nights you’re the killmail. We’re fine with both, as long as we’re out there.

We’re just down the road in Delve now. What we’re after is growing our circle properly. Real pilots, people who want to get to know the rest of the corp rather than just the ping channel.

If that’s you, come and say hello on our Discord.

Server’s down or your Marauders been stuck in a 3 day alignment perhaps… so if you’re reading the forums rather than playing, it’s as good a moment as any to ask whether you’re getting what you want out of EVE. Whether anyone would notice if you didn’t log in tonight. Whether the thing you’re good at actually matters where you are.

Here it does, because there are only so many of us. If you spot a target, that’s a fleet. If you turn up in a role nobody else wanted to fly, everyone knows it was you. Nobody here is an anonymous line in a ping.

A couple of things that came up in Discord this week, in case they were putting anyone off.

The second account requirement is a direction of travel, not a day one checklist. Either it’s flying one of those roles or the queue is pointed at one. A dread or fax is a long project and plenty of people work towards it rather than turning up with it.

Which hulls, which doctrines, what we’re actually short of right now: all much easier to answer in a conversation than a forum post. If you’ve read the ad and you’re not sure whether you’re close enough, just come and ask on our Discord.

Just an example of some of the great content on offer with corp we had a blast this evening.

If you want to know more just hop in and lets have a chat in discord

Been a few weeks and a fair bit has changed. We’ve moved to Turnur!

Delve and Querious had turned into a game of diplomacy. Five hours of Discord negotiation followed by as many non-invasion pacts and bloc interference as the game could muster. That’s a perfectly valid way to play EVE, it just isn’t the one we signed up for. We sent them our best regards Battle Report

Turnur suits us much better. We’ve had some genuinely epic fights since we arrived, and the position gives us the freedom to go and take null and lowsec fights wherever we can find them rather than waiting for someone’s permission. Logistics are good from there too.

What we’re actually doing: nano gangs with the alliance, a few of us flying with vouch based BLOPS groups, and we’ve started poking at the faction warfare on offer. Turns out an alarming number of us have killed far too many archangel rats over the years.

Everything in the opening post still holds for the kind of people we’re after. Read Turnur wherever it says Delve.

Recent BRs since moving to Turnur:
Battle Report Fragging Nightmares in TFIs are fun
Battle Report T1 BSs vs T1 BSs and we performed really well here for first time using the comp
Battle Report Last nights Amamake brawl, bit of a weird BR as we weren’t on anyones side we just shot at whoever was in range lol

Some smaller but still fun engagements we’ve had:

Come and have a chat on Discord.
