No. You cannot transfer reinforced structures.
You also can’t transfer highsec structures when you are in a war (except to a corp in the same alliance) if that applies to you.
no, it’s low sec and there’s no war dec. I was just envisioning giving it to some huge power so when someone attacks it they’re potentially provoking a big fight.
I’m pretty sure everything is locked still when reinforced including transfers. It would be a little silly otherwise.
