Unofficially no, you’d have to make support ticket to do it by PLEX

I like it as cash only, if you could transfer with plex it would be too easy for bad actors to take advantage.

Ignorant people think that someone asking a question in GD is an open invitation for trolls…but it’s not. Surely you have better things to do with your time.
I’d prefer cash over plex since it’s faster and less scammy

I have PLEX 
already and giving this character away. So why would I spend cash on top of giving him away? 
Translation: I’m RMT-ing away my character - erm, I mean I’m gifting it to a random stranger.
