I have the idea of transferring the character, but due to the exchange rate issue, it will be relatively expensive for me to pay with real money. I have heard that the cost of character transfer can be paid through plex. Is this true? Please answer me in a little detail.
They no longer allow PLEX transfers as of several years ago. The only way someone right now can use PLEX is if they are in Russia.
You could ask support about using PLEX but the odds of that is going to be slim if im being honest.
