Asteroid Notification Missing

I noticed a while back that I was no longer getting “The Asteroid is depleted” notification every time. It would happen rarely, but now it doesn’t happen at all. Is this an intended change or is something up with my client? I looked through the sound settings and didn’t see one that turns that off specifically.

Does anyone know what’s up?
