- 30 Million SP Minimum (Some flexibility for highly motivated players)
- Full auth required (100%)
- Capital capable or actively training (Dread/Fax/Support Alt) - We want all members to push to fly capitals.

- Be self-sufficient – fund your own PvP
- Capable of combat multi-boxing in fleets
