That would be a ‘ratting permit’. After all you wouldn’t call a mining permit a ganking permit either, you pay to safely mine, or rat in Pure Blind in this case.
20b a month sounds steep, surely that price includes a counterdropping service when your super gets tackled?
(Not that it matters for me, I’m not in Pure Blind and also don’t have a super.)
considering the high amount of money made from ratting in a supercarrier, and the cost of a hull, we consider it a fair price to pay to keep the ship alive
@Dodgey_Sen You may be a little confused at the situation going on within pure blind, you should pay attention a little bit more over the next few weeks… You may find that “some of the locals” not naming anyone specific may be better allies than enemies to your endeavors.
i should clarify yes. this was primarily targeted towards members of the Phoenix Coalition, who have yet to do almost anything to prevent BLOPs drops within their space.
