Battle date: January 10, 2026.

This report covers a nine-hour capital siege under heavy TiDi as OnlyFleets and Phoenix Coalition clash over a Keepstar deemed “non-strategic.” Hundreds of billions burned, thousands of pilots filled the grid, and both sides traded victories, one in ISK, the other in objectives.

As the battle unfolded, Fraternity’s involvement reshaped the strategic landscape, raising questions about borders, alliances, and long-term intent. At the same time, on the opposite side of the cluster, Goonswarm pushed into Fraternity-held space while clashing with TEST, with multiple sieges playing out in parallel.

This is not a single battle, but a snapshot of a cluster under pressure, where positioning matters, alliances shift, and something far larger looms on the horizon.

here’s a few that I’ve done recently, two are different from the rest. We have a wormhole battle and a hisec battle! Enjoy

Excellent work… And adding ‘FAFO’…

As usual, great vid captures despite undocking with incorrect camera gear… Especially the close up views on ships, some of those skins look amazing… Nice shot of the camera view going in-between the Maelstrom fins… Talk about Vertigo with that shot, lol… Also loved the pan view of a Corpse floating in space during the battle, now that’s indeed a rare sight…

Last and certainly not least, gratz on being selected as a FanFest presenter, that’s definitely an honorable noteworthy accomplishment…

Once again, excellent work…

Welcome back, definitely been a while since your last News report, I actually thought your ‘Press Pass’ had been revoked…

I especially like how your Camera Drones capture up-close action views of various ships that are fit with custom ship skins… Very cool…

As always, your excellent visual cinematography with arousing commentary almost makes me want to join in on the wanton destruction and outrageous bedlam featured in your News reports…

Once again, it’s good to see you’re still reporting…

always here and always reporting! I have a backlog of stuff. I’ve been away in iceland where I won the new creator award by FC, I got to present on stage - and i also got to do some reporting…literally live from the frontlines

I also presented a trailer on stage, where the storyline sets the tone for a new hypothetical expansion:

The story concept is built around EVE’s growing “blue donut” problem, where massive coalitions monopolize territory, resources, and smaller groups until nullsec begins feeling politically stagnant. At the same time, new strategic resources like phasefields came into play for EVE, as these alliances would hoard the resources.

Behind the scenes, a cabal of spies spends years infiltrating the empires and manipulating political systems from within. During the Gallente elections, puppet leaders are pushed into power, triggering a wave of instability, false flag attacks, and escalating violence across New Eden, including incidents in highsec around major trade hubs like Jita. In return, they would blame ‘capsuleers’ for orchestrating the attack, so militaries would attack anyone they suspect of being a spy or terrorist in the empire space.

The goal is deliberate: fuel endless war, increase demand for military production, weaken capsuleer power blocs, and prevent any single coalition from becoming powerful enough to challenge imperial authority. In response, the empires begin launching large-scale military campaigns into lowsec and nullsec. Rather than attacking everyone equally, they specifically target alliances and coalitions that exceed hidden military and territorial thresholds. Smaller groups are often ignored or tolerated, while dominant empires of player power become marked for containment through invasions, raids, and destabilization campaigns.

The mechanic functions similarly to incursions, except these attacks cannot simply be headshotted away and dynamically appear along border regions, active warfronts, or expanding coalition territories, keeping these big groups at bay. The empires make their stance clear after some deals are reached: capsuleers traveling peacefully through highsec remain tolerated, but interference with imperial expansion, resource operations, or Prismaticite extraction efforts will be met with overwhelming force.

At the center of the conflict is Prismaticite’s new type of resource on planets that is found, a volatile P5 planetary resource required for advanced faction ships and technology. Extraction sites must periodically expose the material during controlled vulnerability windows for extraction, creating opportunities for sabotage and attack. So you can’t set any timers to make it faster or slower, the process is only 1 certain time. This ties directly into Vanguard gameplay, where mercenary squads can deploy onto planets to assault or defend extraction facilities, allowing capsuleer alliances and corps to wage war both in space and on the ground, as empires would get involved as well.

That way it gives extra gameplay mechanics. If no one shows up, you extract the resource. If people show up, you need to deploy vanguards to help defend, otherwise they can steal a portion of it. (likely not all) Alongside the gameplay systems, a story-driven campaign slowly uncovers who is truly orchestrating the conflict, why the empires suddenly turned outward, and whether the spies manipulating the chaos are serving the empires, exploiting them, or attempting to reshape New Eden entirely - while also diving into the secrets on prismaticite, and what the true end goal is.

Lastly, my presentation was followed by my classic video style that was represented through the trailer, albeit the info on who took part with longer gameplay:

And that would be the most recent story, but i have so many more recorded that I need to edit now, including the ti-di infested fights that had trillions in damages (not fun to record) and the more fun little ones, such as frigate free for all

Very nice…

Fan Fest sure looks like a lot of fun, hopefully I’ll get the opportunity to experience it myself…

The hypothetical expansion plot sounds great… Gotta say that would definitely reap a lot of salty tears from Null Sec Alliance member’s…

Thanks for sharing and more importantly, for your semi reliable mildly accurate reports straight from the front lines…
