As is tradition, capsuleers across New Eden gather to celebrate the four great Empires each month in succession: June’s “Federation Day” for the Gallente; July’s “Liberation Day” for the Minmatar; August’s “Foundation Day” for the Amarr; and September’s “Union Day” for the Caldari.
Beginning October YC 123, we add a fifth holiday to this longstanding tradition: TOTALITY DAY. Celebrated on October 13th of each year going forward, the kybernauts who call this region home are organizing a week of celebratory events in honor of the Triglavian Collective.
On October 13, YC 122, twenty-seven star systems across New Eden were cut off from their existing star gates and pulled into the abyssal realm of the Triglavians. Together, they form Pochven, the newest and most challenging region of space. Totality Day thus celebrates the anniversary of the creation of Pochven and the addition of the Triglavian Collective to New Eden’s Empires.
EVENTS:
October 9 (Sat.), 21:00 Eve Time: INVASION FLEET (Hosted by Rote Kapelle). Get in your favorite Triglavian ship and help us re-enact the most memorable events of the Triglavian Invasions! The fleet will gather in Pochven and travel to distant star systems in search of opponents to Prove. The pilot who gets the killing blow on the most expensive kill during the fleet will receive a special SKIN prize courtesy of zKillboard administrator & kybernaut Squizz Caphinator. ((This is an NPSI PvP fleet.))
Oct 10 (Sun.), 18:00-20:00 EveTime: Carebear’s Revenge Pochven PVP Roam (Hosted by T0AST).
Competition: The pilot with the highest ISK value destroyed for the duration of the fleet wins. If there is a tie for ISK value we will use damage done as a secondary qualification. Staging: Tunudan 7-4 Semiosis Theatre OR Jita 4-4. Comms: The Triglavian Times. Doctrine: ORE Ships, any fit. FREE PvP-fit Ventures will be provided or bring your own! October 10, 22:00 Eve Time: DAMAVIK FREE-FOR-ALL (Hosted by Kybernauts Clade). Assemble in Jita 4-4 and bring a fitted Damavik for a free-for-all combat in Pochven! The last triangle standing will win a Zirnitra BPC and all the Triglavian LP store parts required to build the best dreadnought-class ship in the cluster! October 13 (Wed.), 00:00 Eve Time and 20:00 Eve Time: POCHVEN PARADES (Hosted by Stribog Clade). Celebrants will gather in Senda flying Triglavian ships, EDENCOM ships, or any ship sporting a Kybernaut or EDENCOM skin; the fleet will travel through all non-Home systems of Pochven and return to Senda. The first 3 pilots to visit all 24 systems and successfully make it back will win a prize! (Third-party Proving along the parade route is not only expected, but encouraged.) October 16, 19:00 & 20:00 Eve Time: EDENCOM YULAI PARADE & REMEMBRANCE (Hosted by Elsebeth Rhiannon, Lunarisse Phonaga, Naava Edios, Edward “Mantel” Adams). Join EDENCOM fleet commanders for a remembrance parade in Yulai at 19:00 - bring EDENCOM ships or ships flying EDENCOM skins and fireworks! At 20:00 join organizers for a remembrance gathering, including EDENCOM-related trivia and prizes. Additional details can be found here. October 16 (Sat.), 21:00 Eve Time: THE WIRASHODA PROVING (hosted by Stribog Clade). Bring a 15-man fleet via a Pochven filament and travel to Wirashoda, the site of the bloodiest capsuleer battles in Pochven history. There, at the site of the ruins of the Stribog Clade azbel, the fleets will engage in combat until the last fleet (or the last ship) remains standing on the grid. Any type of subcapital ship and any fleet composition is welcome to engage in the Proving, so long as each fleet numbers only 15 members. The fleet that defeats all others will win the grand prize: 15 Leshaks, 15 Drekavacs, and 15 Kikimoras.
RP EVENT—INVASION WAR STORIES: October 14 (Thu.), 20:00 Eve Time. All veterans of the great Triglavian Invasions of YC 122 are welcome to free drinks and to share stories of triumph and grief at Delayed Local in Senda. Regardless of whose banner you flew, you are welcome to spend time with fellow veterans of the war that changed the face and fabric of New Eden forever.
