Class 1 Hollow Outbreaks can be found in highsec, wormholes, and Pochven, and are accessible to Tech I frigates. Class 2 sites can appear in highsec, lowsec, Pochven, and wormholes, with Tech II frigates and Tech I destroyers, as well as anything below, able to enter. The most dangerous Class 3 Hollow Origin sites can be found in lowsec, where capsuleers can take Tech III tactical destroyers into the fight.
