The new blood raider shipyard is pointless. because there are no real reward for the rank and file pilots its proven to be that no one really wants to run these.
As such I want to put foward that we add the bpc to the dark blood belt capitals. on a maybe 20% chance of drop. The commander capitals are pretty rare so they would be a pretty rare drop. But it would get people back into the belts. maybe this for the dread/fax.
Maybe even add a officer titan spawn that does insane damage. like enough damage to kill a pvp fit super.
maybe add a response support fleet for it. And have this as a 50% chance of a molock bpc drop.
