It did not upgrade me from alpha to omega. I bought it through steam … Never made an account with steam and it is the first time signing into it and i did not get my upgrade thanks what do i do?
Um, it sounds like you play through the standalone launcher, but purchased a DLC through Steam. Am I right on that? If so, I think you need to try to get a refund, as purchases made through Steam only apply to Eve accounts created and played through the platform.
Oh, and I’ve personally never played through steam, but I’ve heard people complain about playing through the platform. So, it’s probably not worth using it just to get an upgrade pack.
