Referral question : I’m a new referral and have already become an omega account, still haven’t got the 1mil sp that I believe I should have received regardless of the omega status. I definitely created this character via the referral link. Is there another step where I may have messed up ? I have submitted a ticket, but reading threads on this forum I’m not convinced I’m gonna get anywhere near a speedy response. Thanks in advance for any help 
I just had a similar issue fixed yesterday, didn’t get credit for the referral link. Ticket took 11 days.
I just used live chat, they did it manually which I am v graterful for and it’s still not resolved 
Looks like another ticket is needed
