I haven't received Omega time despite being billed and account status in browser say I have Omega status since yesterday

As the title says, yesterday I bought a 19,99 € pack worth of 50 Omega days, and since then, I haven’t received it. I opened a ticket yesterday and still no answer. The account status in browser says I have 49 days of Omega left and current SKINR daily rewards will end in like 2 or so hours and I won’t be getting the Omega rewards even though I clearly should have Omega status.

Try logging the game? Wait another hour for DT and see if it fixes itself

Did you send it to the wrong account?

I did that with the weekend pack, I was logged in to the website but not on my main.

I think this was the case because I somehow got two registered accounts with the same name on the same e-mail. I added that info to the open ticket, but so far no answers.

This is something only support can help with, you’ll need to wait for them to review it, they will correct any issue with game time as needed.

Hope they do it fast because I’m in limbo for 3 days already. Thanks for the info.
