Dear CCP!
I purchased today afternoon 1m Omega + Bonus items. It’s evening now but it didn’t add the 30 days to the game time. I wrote a support, but there is no response.

They can do nothing about it here, you will need to wait till they reply to your support sticket

You are talking to your fellow players and not CCP support here.

Did you do relogin after purchase? It seems this is needed nowadays.

Also a hint: do not open several support tickets on your topic. It will slow down reaction time instead of speeding it up.

I’ve read in several places that support is not responding. After 15 years, the perfect ending. After thousands of dollars in purchases.

I’m also not responding to you. Because i can’t help you besides suggesting you check your shop history and the client state and also your payment side and make screenshots of all of them and add them to the ticket maybe.
