Omega is not activated. Money is losted

Hello! Made a payment on the website secure.eveonline.com, which came from the client. The payment was made in 9/4/2018 9:20:24 PM UTC. Omega status is still not activated. Letters in the mail about the payment is not received. Found in the payment journal 2 trys to pay. Accommodation payments: 40949636, 40949639. Status: CanceledPayment. I called the Bank, say the money given to your organization. Money will be returned? Do I need pay again using another payment method? Why so long no answer to the request in support?

You should open a support ticket to sort things out with CCP. Nobody here can help you, only the support personnel can as only they have access to the payment system and so on.
