Purchased a subscription for my account instead it creates a new account for the omega time. Made a ticket concerning this and haven’t heard anything back. Would love a response soon as im losing game time. Thanks.
You cannot buy time for omega on non steam account with steam.
I had this happen to me when I returned to the game, You need to request a refund from steam, CCP can’t do anything about purchases you make on steam. Just send a refund request through steam saying that you purchases this subscription for the wrong account and whatnot. As long as you’re within 14 days of said purchase they’ll easily refund it for you.
