dear @ccp_Swift and @CCP_Bee ,

maybe one of you could give some more information about what is going on with the Bug Reporting website. We used to be able to do some follow-up when reporting bugs, or give additional info when it presented itself - we even had EBR numbers for easy reference.

Now we get this instead:

Is this temporary ? Will there be a new bug reporting and tracking interface for the players ?

Use the in game version of bug reporting

Greetings entomologist capsuleers, Today (March 6th) we will be doing some maintenance and upgrades on our EBR systems. During this period we will be disabling the in-game bug reporting tool (normally accessible from the F12 menu). Once this work has been completed the in-game bug reporting tool will be enabled again. The ingame tool doesn’t allow for follow-up for questions, info or reports though. And the ability to track status is gone too, so we’re just firing bug reports into the dark and hope that they arrive well.
