Whilst attemtping to create a fit for a command carrier, I have discovered that it is posisble to fit a capital micro jump drive however, the Xarasier Capital Micro Jump Drive is unable to fit due to Command Carriers being missing from the list of “fitted to” attributes which lists only Sarathiel and Carriers.

Yep, that looks like a bug.
Have you reported it in-game via the F12 menu? That’s how you can make FC aware of bugs, they probably won’t see this thread.
