just got a MCT for my character that I havent logged in for a while, still has old ore processing skills queued up according to evemon.
When I try to interact with skill window nothing happens, and clearing the queue brings up an error message. cant start it, cant clear it.
does anyone know a work around? support’s been no help
Have you tried undocking and then docking again. 
Sorry. Yeah, I don’t get why CCP couldn’t just clear your skill queue and get you back on your feet. Did you file a support ticket, or a bug ticket, or both ?
done both.
I was hoping to get things speed up by posting this, since there are exactly similar posts here all the way back from 2004 and GM was able to resolve it there
Switch to display the skill catalogue, look up the skill and check if it is marked to be in the queue and mabye right click and remove it from the queue using the catalog? Otherwise only support can help, i guess.
Ive tried to interact with all the skill ui elements I could think of. Im pretty sure its on CCP side. Evemon shows that I still have old processing skills in queue.
For the most part, I created this post so that people have something to reference in the future.
For future reference, and search engines. GM was able to resolve this after 11 days and within 1 day after submitting refund request.
There was a bugged skill queue with old skills
