Onboarding process took over a week and may have taken longer if I wasn’t adamant in reminding them to check my auth/onboading status. Once in, there was little to no communication from them. Their welcome and new member info was severely out of date. Their Wormhole mapper was broken with no alternative info or direction on who to speak to or what to use in its place. Finally talked with their CEO who seemed very out of touch with the little to no effort his recruiters put in with new comers, or the lacking “new member experience” his corp offers.
In the end, lasted 1 week in corp, before It was conveyed to me that the entire negative experience up to that point was basically all on me. Overall, one of the worst experiences in joining a new corp in EVE, definitely would not wish others to experience.
Just to clarify from our experience, the onboarding through auth did take a little bit of time as you applied just as we were moving over from SEAT to our custom auth system that one of the members of our leadership had written, that part is definitely on us though.
Beyond that, we had members reach out to you several times over two weeks, and you never joined comms let alone even made an attempt to move into our home hole. Maybe it was bad timing in life, maybe it was bad luck, but in the end it just didn’t seem like we were a good fit at that point, and I’m sorry it didn’t work out.
