As you know ,transfer need pay 20 dollars , so , can i sold my account to someone ,of course ,use isk ,not RMT
You can only sell characters, not accounts.
You can pay real money to transfer character, but you can also use PLEX, I guess 1000 PLEX per character. To use PLEX you will have contact a GM though as there is no automated way to do it anymore.
