Can we still transfer pilot using 1000 PLEXes?

Hi Everyone,

I know we were able to transfer pilot using 1000 PLEXes instead of paying real money for the transfer cost. We had to submit a ticket to CCP and have them manually do the transfer. Is this still a thing? Or has CCP completely removed this option? Let me know. Thanks!

Only available by paying CCP directly now instead of with plex I believe.
