I have encountered this error while attempting the transfer:
‘‘Character transfer is locked. Please contact Customer Support’’
I have raised a ticket and returned all isk until it is ‘unlocked’.
I think that is the only fair thing to do.
So far no transfer has taken place, awaiting eve support…
