I thought cancelling the order was supposed to give me the isk back.
The amount is seen in negative numbers and red and does not show in transactions or market transactions.
And…it’s gone.
When you cancel a buy order you do get the ISK that was held in escrow back, which is the bulk of it. However, the broker fee - typically less than a few percent is non-refundable.
In this case, you should be filling a support ticket rather than doing this on forum
or at least post a screen cap to prove it
any ISD here?
Almost certainly confused due to broker fee but I will look now. I checked but could not replicate.
