Happening all of the sudden and cannot login to test server. Tried on 3 computers so far that used to work. Anyone else experiencing this ?
I had this issue yesterday try doing this…
press the windows key + R to open a run window.
Copy and paste the following into the run window and press enter.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\EVE\cache\QtWebEngine
Right click on the folder named ‘default’ and delete it, then you should run perfectly.
yeah i saw that thread… already tried it, no change
might be worth trying a support ticket in to fix it. not sure what else it could be as that fix solved it for me.
This is usually caused by problems with the shared cache. Please try the following:
- Click the three bars in the top right corner of the launcher to open the menu.
- Select “Shared Cache…”
- Click on “Permissions…”
- Click on the “Verify” button below the permissions button, and wait for it to finish.
- After finishing, restart your launcher completely.
By default, the launcher only minimizes to the system tray when closed, so be sure to check your system tray (next to your computer’s clock) for it, and right-click it to close it completely.
If that doesn’t fix it, I suggest you send in a bug report with log files so that we can have a look at them. See https://support.eveonline.com/hc/en-us/articles/202078999-EVE-LogLite-Diagnostic-Tool- on how to get the log files, should you need it.

Hello everyone, i’m new here so i’m not sure where to ask this. I’m encountering the same problem as above “Could not copy files for Singularity”. I tried Fixing the cache permissions and Verifry its state a couple of times to no avail. I also tried deleting the “sisi” folder, but the problem kept popping up. Here are the lines from the logfile:

It seems there’s some kind of error while listening to the server feedback on the update status. Waiting for further opinions.
(I had to remove the starting h from the https header of the links to overcome the 2 link per post limitation, reapply them where needed)
