I tried installing EVE Online today evening, but I can’t start downloading from http://binaries.eveonline.com/EveLauncher-1222103.exe as connection times out. I’d like to know as whether its my ISP problem or it’s just server problem. Just to know, I downloaded it earlier today on my job PC with another ISP with no problem.

UPD: It seems it’s new version of launcher being in the middle of update issue. I’ve downloaded it from my job today with no problem, gonna test it later from my home PC.
UPD2: Odd. My home 5Mbit ADSL internet doesn’t allow me to download a client. 
UPD3: Problem solved by cleaning up hosts at C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
