Cannot exit spectator screen

Bug Description:
When spectating a squad mate after dying, it is impossible to return to the main menu.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Enter a match in a squad.

  2. Die :slight_smile:

  3. Notice you cannot escape to the main menu. Pressing “ESC” does not work. (You can still respawn, but if your clone count drops to 0 you need to ALT-F4 the game)

Expected Result:
I can return to the main menu from the spectator screen.

Actual Result:
I can’t return to the main menu from the spectator screen.
