So basically it says I can inject a large skill injector on the bottom right of the skill screen, but when I try to search for it in personal assets or anywhere it’s nowhere to be found. Where could it be?

Did you buy it from the Regional Market? or a Contract?
Check your Wallet (Alt+W) to make sure the transaction occurred.
Check your Assets windows as well. The one that lists all your belongings in all of New Eden.
