I created my account about 1 month about 2-4 days ago and still can’t log on to singularity.
However my friend said that new accouts usually uploading to singularity during 1 month.

Your friends gave you bad information.
Singularity is updated about once a quarter (every 3-4 months on average). The last updated was in early February 2021. While we do not know the next mirror date, it will probably happen before the end of June.
Oh… That’s bad.
