Was playing on 3 accounts and logged one off and logged back in and got this message
“The authentication token provided by the launcher is of an invalid format. Please try again or contact EVE customer support.”
I logged them all off and now they all get that message. I’ve verified files in the launcher. I looked it up and seems like it can be a SSO issue but then it should be affecting more than just me. Anybody else getting this right now?
Remove the accounts from your Launcher and re-add them. That should fix it.
I just did that and it worked for about a half hour and now I’m seeing it again.
On a side note, is there any way to not have all my settings and UI deleting themselves when I do this?
Edit: Unfortunately after the third time doing this it still gives me this error after as little as half an hour
