One of the MAIN issues in Eve is the gross proliferation of Capitals. They hotdrop EVERYTHING. Heck, Iâve seen a solo Tristan hotdropped by a Cap fleet.

I donât mind the jump freighter changes although i canât say it will be nice for them.
But limiting cyno to 8 very expensive and very SP intensive ships is insane, all your going to do is drive the price of those 8 ships through the roof probably doubling or almost tripling the cost of them, not to mention they have paper thin tanks on them.
I agree to limiting cyno to a set number of ship types, ibis cyno was always stupid but 8 is to small a number and there are better ways to deal with the problem than blanket banning them on anything other than a small number of ships.
Not to mention where are the limits on the covert cyno, your just going to turn this into a massive bomber fest which is hardly engaging small gang fights, they come in blow the target to hell and cloak until there blops can get them out. Why arenât they being limited to smaller number of ships?
Or even better fix the cloak all together it has always been insanely unfair you canât locate a constantly cloaked ship, make it so that they have over heat while they are online or limit there usage to fuel so they have to leave once it starts to run out? or give a structure that can find them on a limited window etc

This. â â â â â â â This. Restricting cynos wasnât the worst idea on the planet. But by restricting it to only 2 classes youâve created so, so, so, so many issues beyond whatever it was you were trying to do (mind clarifying that by the way?).
Either add way more ships to the whitelist or create a blacklist of some of the commonly abused ships like Rorqs, Supercarriers, FAXes, Frigates, corvettes, etc. A mass removal of cyno capable ships hugely restricts what you can do with capitals beyond what could ever be considered reasonable. It hits every single use case and grinds it into dust.
