Did you do a support ticket and ask?
The latest status update I got was of a month ago, also in this thread.
If you think support tickets will help, go ahead.
I already did a support ticket on the default skins not working, and they said they are aware, but no indication if they ever intend to fix it. I am still waiting patiently for the bounty system to be restored, it should be back up by November 2019 according to the dev post…

Just bumping this.
I’ve learned that different people see different things, so the cropping isn’t consistent. You can’t get an accurate idea what the image will look like when taking the picture, and afterwards you can’t be sure what someone else sees.

Oh great, it’s even worse than we thought. I guess I should have figured, the text size setting would naturally affect the text to the right of the portrait.

Ya, I think it might be text size, I’m not entirely sure.
Having an inconsistent portion cropped off is even worse than having a portion cropped off without asking.

I shudder to think how confused I’d be if FC didn’t make me status blue to myself. I might undock and not remember who I am and accidentally fire on myself. Thank you FC for reminding me that I am friendly to myself…

Agreed. Bump. Many of us spend a lot of isk on cosmetics. The portrait is the cherry on the cake. Fix it plz. This ■■■■ is Art to some of us crazy eve players.

I dunno man, the cold shoulder treatment from FC can mean either they don’t care or they don’t agree. They have this technique of not letting us know, which is a pretty good strategy… TO TREAT YOUR ENEMIES, lol.
