I am looking for characters from 7-15 million skill points. Total points that I need on the characters is just south of 7 million, with there being some extra skills for shield armor and cap management being a nice to have.
My total budget would be sub 60 billion. But I am considering buying and injecting up the necessary skills on a new toon.
