I can do 9B. The 20$ fee based decline was about me false concluding that omega costs 5B, but I did the math (90/5*100*5 ) and it comes out at 9B. 90 being 4 omega (8m sp in 4 month with +4 implants) and transfer fee, devided by 5$ cost of 100 plex that cost 5 mil ea.
Except the first 5mil, and usually 6-6.5m sp are free alpha so it’s really just the surplus 2-3m sp difference which is one month of omega by your math. 5b is fair, as reflected by that being the two bids you got. 6b is good.
My math: 3b for the cost to inject the sp diff on a 6.5m alpha scanner, 2.5b for the transfer.

I like in fact also don’t have the cybernetics skill to have done it at 2m sp a month.
Since you can train unlimited accounts worth of alpha characters for free up to 5mil sp, and get the 1mil recruit a friend bonus to add afterwards, and in the few months i takes to skill up your free alpha you’ll likely also get some bonus sp from dailies/events, the base sp level of 5-6.5mil is “free sp”. You earn a bazaar premium for sp over this amount at injector rate (850ish per 400k) with an understanding that transfer fees are worth about 2.5b.
