yea its only 17years now to smothen out communications, make clear information flowchars and checkboxes, maybee build tools inhouse for puting out informations on multiple channels. write organigram where is in charge if someone who do it on a regular base is in vacation or something, also to make a budget für the community team hire people, put out informations in a timely manner

maybee if eve turns 18 and ccp 21 they start growing a beard and act like a real game developer company with hundrets of thousands customers (or maybee million) all over the world connected

but instead it looks often as ccp got a new volunteer who arent payed for anything, give them no informations and no mentor who teach him how to make the job even the mentor isnt good in^^

THAT ist what we complaining about in reality… NOT the 15min…
its nice there was ingame notifications and the banner in the launcher… a step in the right direction… but if there isnt a emergency fire in one of the racks i bet the hardware change was sceduled at least 1h in front (because hey someone had to carry the hardware to the rack^^) and i bet it is more 4h if the decission was made today or more as 24h… so the flow of important information and sceduled message to the customer (yes we players are paying customer you know) needs more streamlining

the amount of people who get mad is signifcant lower if you get the info hours in front if it is possible and maybee a explanation why. no player will complain if you tell them 5m pre DT oh we have a emergency hardware failure in TQ server and our server crew needs at least 15min additional time to swap it.
