Why do scanned and hacked concord sites not count? Only smuggler sites count
if you chose Concord path, then only hacking smugglers sites count, because you are working for Concord against smugglers
those concord sites are for players who chose smugglers path
Ah, had my first concord site today. Hacked it and got the same loot but no progress for the event. That explains it.
