Confused by Citadels, market modules and docking privileges

So i just got back to playing and can’t find a deffinitive answer to some questions regarding the new citadels (upwell structures), market modules and docking privileges. can you guys help me get it?

  1. Lets say i set up a buy order from Jita 4-4 for the entire Forge region. Can someone fill that order in a citadel in Perimeter?
  2. If so, can it be filled in a citadel i dont have docking privileges?
  3. Now lets say i put a buy order in my own citadel in Perimeter and its region wide. Where can it be filled? Can it be filled in a citadel in Maurasi that i dont have docking privileges for?
  4. Can i set a buy order remotly in a citadel i dont have docking privileges for?
  5. Can i fill a buy order in a station i dont have docking privileges for?

I am completely confused by these marvelous new high sec citadels. I just need to know the rules before i return playing the market.

Only in your citadel or NPC stations. Not in other citadels. This going to be fun once CCP replaced Null sec player outposts with citadels. Then you cannot fill any range buy orders any more. :smiley:
