If a player creates a contract and sets availability to corp, then leaves the corp, is the contract still valid?

Some variables here, but I will assume the following:
Item Exchange contract, Private, created by an individual and contracted to a Corporation.
Yes, the contract will still be valid if you leave the corp. Valid until contract has expired, been accepted, cancelled, or the destination has been destroyed (ie Citadel).
