okay so hears the jist (excuse my spelling im dyslexic ) recently started appointing officers within my corp, communications / personnel / industrial officer and combat officer… the one problem i am having right now, how the hell do i let the communications officers post bulletins, he is complaining he can edit them but cant post new ones, anyone got a solution
