Could not connect to chat server

I am getting the attached error when logging in. I have already tried creating an exception in my firewall for port 5222. That didn’t work. Any help?

Eve client is unable to connect to chat server

Chat servers are running horrible, barely playing and not getting past a week where I don’t lose connection, and it seems there is a lot of partial outages too (like some logis repping 5 ships but me only getting 2 requests for reps in the broadcasts, and someone else was having partial outages in local not seeing some specific messages). But they are running, you should see local lists etc. At least sometimes where it is meant to be show (not in WH / Pochven).. If you speak Russian they may b…
