So if i will do it:

  1. Will be this new-named account Steam linked
  2. Could i buy game time throw stem for it?
  3. could i move non-steam user to steam after if?
  4. could i move non-steam alpha user to steam alpha user?

Also could i buy standart and than prem edition in steam?

As far as I am aware, it doesn’t change the account status in any way, other than not requiring STEAM to launch, and making character transfer possible. So the answer to all your questions is “probably yes”.

I do not have a STEAM account, nor has anyone actually posted any feedback on what it can or can’t do. So if you want a 100% definite answer, I recommend you file a petition and get a GM response to your questions.
