I’m just curious why Null Seccers don’t Gank with Battleships.
Because it’s obvious that he is playing the ultra-risk-averse low-hanging-fruit game that is as far from “efficiency” as one can come in this game. It’s okay to do so, but talking about “efficiency” is simply hilarious in this context.

I’m not talking about efficiency. I’m talking about ganking with Marauders. Big expensive Marauders with blue and faction mods and a bumper sticker that reads: “My other ship is a Titan!”
Now that’s a gank! Ten of them roll up on an Orca in 0.9 and blast it apart in one shot of Alpha damage!
Because they don’t care for those strange highsec turtle miners nagging crumbs and clap each others hands for the next 30 million ISK after watching an Ore miner shredding worthless roids for an hour… it’s simply beyond the value of any attention. The only question they might ask themselves is “why does someone pay a sub for this game and then wasting his time with that”?
But you’ll spend hours on the forums shaming us trying to get us leave High Sec?
Yeah… “efficient!”

I barely spend time to make ISK, when I do play it’s usually to shoot other ships instead.
Flying Marauders in high sec to kill miners is ridiculously ineffective both in terms of how hard it is to catch a ship (most ships will be away before your band of Marauders land) and in how much ISK it takes you to kill them, which makes it a suggestion that nobody would take seriously. Yet here you are, Glenduil, making a suggestion that ‘null sec would do’.
This is exactly the kind of nonsense that gets you responses of people who point out why you’ve got no clue.
Don’t tell me about how you all make trillions of ISK before breakfast if you don’t want me asking why you don’t fly Marauders into High Sec ganks.
Here you are making another assumption about how null sec life is.
Then it is as I expected. The ISK in Null is grossly overstated. Finally some honesty.
I don’t “spend” this hour, I actually mine like ten times the ISK out of HS right now while pointing out why moon mining in HS is incredibly inefficient…

Making ISK in null sec is easier than in high sec. It’s just that not everyone spends all their time making ISK all the time. Some people log in mostly to shoot other ships instead.
That is exactly the point. If you are 10x more efficient in making ISK than a HighSec miner, you can actually spend the same amount of money in 90% free time for something else, while only needing 10% of the time to get the ISK required. So, you actually get some fun out of the game instead wasting double digit hours per week gathering worthless crap.

Okay fine. I dont know anything about null.
But I still don’t have a single reason to fly there. Not one. And it wouldn’t in any way affect your gameplay if I did so why in all of New Eden do you care what I think of null sec based on my time there? Isn’t this an inefficient way for you to spend your time? “Let’s remind Glenduil that he he needs to fly in null even if he doesn’t want to.”
Or is this part of your routine? Spend an hour, make a few billion ISK, shoot some people, tell Glenduil that he’s completely stupid, log off.

Fyi gankships in high sec are not T2 battleships, but cheap ass destroyers.
You don’t need to make up excuses to explain why you prefer playing in HS.
Playing in HS is fine, many people do so.

Or find me in game and show me how rich and powerful you are.

I’m merely saying the excuses aren’t necessary.

Interesting read on Eve U.
It’s pretty pointless talking about nullsec with Glen. He joined AO (objectively the worst possible choice) years ago, and was so scared to undock without CONCORD that he spent his entire week in null spinning in a structure. He has no idea what nullsec life is, and has no interest in learning because he’s talked himself into believing that ackshully highsec mining earns okay, look, he can get 200kk worth of moon goo in just an entire afternoon of the most mind-numbingly boring activity in any MMO out there. Like to the point where grinding agility in OSRS is more engaging.
